romance and cigarettes

We got to see John Turturro's film Romance And Cigarettes today at Film Forum. It was really great, it boggles my mind that it was never widely distributed. James Gandolfini, Susan Surandon, and Kate Winslet turn in terrific performances, but really the whole cast was great. Christopher Walken singing and dancing, folks (see: Delilah scene). This film is quirky, sweet, sad, and funny. Highly recommended, pretty sure you can get it on DVD.
